BD8999 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms

BD8999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or the "Company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the BD8999 website (bd8999.ws) and its associated mobile applications.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed

Currency

All transactions on BD8999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted at the applicable exchange rate.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

BD8999 Regular bonuses and promotions are offered. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued.
• A specified rollover must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once at the same time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using fake or multiple accounts will result in immediate account termination.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus on the first deposit is available to new members. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration and must meet the minimum deposit requirement.

6. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during in-play or live betting. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is submitted will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Claiming bonus offers through multiple accounts (Bonus Abuse)
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or disturbing other users
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

8. Account Suspension & Termination

BD8999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with False Information
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
• Actions necessary to comply with legal obligations
• Voluntary closure at the user's own request

After Account Closure

If an account is legitimately closed with no terms violations, any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification. However, this does not apply to funds derived from bonuses or any transactions under dispute.

9. Responsible Gaming
